Why are you changing the membership names?
We’re making membership easier to use and even more valuable during 2008. This change is the first sign of these efforts. You will experience three main differences:
- The new membership levels will make it easier to understand at a glance to which clubs your membership provides access.
- They will make it easier to understand and take full advantage of the extra benefits associated with your or each membership.
- Each Life Time center now belongs to one of the four levels, based on the amenities and services it offers.
What are the new membership levels?
There are four levels. Our premium membership is Onyx, followed by Platinum, Gold and Bronze.

Am I able to upgrade my membership? If so, how?
Yes. The higher the membership level, the more club access and benefits you receive. A Member Advisor will be happy to explain the different levels and how upgrading might be a good choice for you. You may choose to upgrade your membership at anytime.
How does my club access compare with what I had before?
Most members will maintain the same access held prior to this the change. You may access all of the clubs at your membership level and below. Please visit
lifetimefitness.com for a complete listing.
Do I have to take any action to receive my new card?
No. Simply continue to use and enjoy your membership. Your new card will be mailed to the home of the primary cardholder on your account in March. If there are more than two members on the account, cards will arrive in separate mailings (a maximum of two cards are sent per mailing).
Will the locker process remain the same? What should I do with my old card?
Yes. Your new membership card will activate the locker system as was the case previously.
Upon your first club visit with the new card, your old card will be collected to prevent unauthorized use and your new card will be punched for operation in the locker system.
Will this change result in a dues increase?
No.
