2. How do I register?

3. What kind of bike can I ride?
All bikes are allowed, as long as they are in safe, working condition.

4. What if I cannot attend the Practice and Informational Meeting?

5. Will there be chip timing?
Yes, we will be using chip timing. You will be able to view final times and splits following the race.

7. Will there be prizes?
Awards will be given, and every participant gets a specially designed t-shirt.

8. Will you accept late registrations?
No, all registrations must be postmarked two weeks in advance of event date.

9. Do I have to personally pick up my race packet?
No, team members, friends or family may also pick up your packet.

10. What do I need for the transition area between events?
Most participants need a towel, t-shirt, water bottle, socks, shoes and bike helmet. We will have plenty of volunteers to help.

11. Can I wear a swim vest? Will there be lifeguards?
Yes, swim vests are allowed. Arm floats and other floatation devices are not allowed. There will be lifeguards on duty.

12. Will there be traffic on the route?
No. The race takes place on paved roads around Life Time Fitness. There will be volunteers and officials spread along the course to help keep it safe and sound.

13. What happens at the end of the event?
There will be many fun activities, free food and drinks for participants and an awards ceremony post race.
